Ms. Rodriguez retired from the Procter & Gamble Company after a very successful 25-year career of international business development and as a loaned executive to Cincinnati Museum Center and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. At P&G she held a variety of key positions in several countries of Latin America and in the US, including Vice President – P&G North America and Latin America Pet Care, General Mgr Colombia/Ecuador & Latin America Diversity Leader & LA Low Income Strategy leader, Marketing Director in the Paper and Laundry Categories for the Puerto Rican and US Hispanic Markets and also Marketing Director for the Health and Beauty Care Categories for the Andean Countries, where she led the integration of several mergers and integrations at P&G and Cincinnati Museum Center.
