NGOgro, LLC was founded by Douglass McDonald, who has been a successful executive of historic sites, history, science & childrens museums and complex multidisciplinary organizations for over thirty years.

NGOgro works with organizations which desire transformational change. NGOgro leadership focusses upon the analysis of data merged with creative plans to energize and transform organizations.

Doug has a unique background. He began his career in finance and operations of museums and for the past twenty years has been the CEO. He has also been very involved in international and national museum organizations as well as governmental relations as an elected official and then as an advocate for institutional support.

NGOgro plans utilize team members who are selected for each project based upon their talents and experience.
