Implemented full integrated ticketing, retail, membership, and food and beverage system. Before implementation, client had no integration between these systems. Allowed for full business intelligence and reporting for the first time in the organization’s history. After the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center became part of Cincinnati Museum Center in 2012, the Freedom Center’s systems were merged into the same systems where retaining a distinctive organizational identity.
